For High Conflict Relationships:
Co-parenting in a high-conflict relationship can feel overwhelming and stressful. Our therapy helps parents prioritize their child’s well-being, set healthy boundaries, and develop effective communication strategies. Sessions can be tailored to your needs, with individual or joint sessions offered where appropriate and safe.
To Help Manage Emotions and Build Resilience:
Our 12-week program offers individualized therapy or a family-focused approach. We support clients in developing perspective-taking skills and understanding the impact of their behaviour on the family unit. A court report is provided upon completion of the program
Compassionate Support for Change and Healing:
IPV leaves lasting impacts on individuals and families. We provide a safe space for victims to heal, regain control, and rebuild their lives. For those who have used aggression, we offer support to understand the impact of their behaviour on their family while fostering accountability and healthier relationships. Our approach is compassionate and focused on meaningful change for everyone involved.

Helping Families Adjust to Custody Transitions
Custody reversals can be a sudden and life-altering experience, uprooting a child from one home and parent into the home and care of the other, often with little or no notice. Our therapists provide compassionate support to both parents and children during this difficult transition, focusing on adjustment and rebuilding trust.
*Available in Vaughan and Ottawa.
Empowering Families to Heal Together:
Reunification Therapy Support Groups offer a compassionate space for families facing the pain and complexity of parent-child contact challenges. With separate groups for primary caregivers, separated parents, and children, we provide a supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, feel heard, and gain tools to navigate these difficult relationships. Our goal is to help families rebuild connections.
Supporting Parents in Navigating Unique Challenges:
Co-parenting a child with an exceptionality brings unique challenges, especially when communication between parents has broken down and the child lives or has parenting time between two homes. Our therapists help parents develop collaborative strategies, ensuring the child’s care plan is understood and supported in both homes.
Healing Through Horse Connection:
Available in Ottawa, Assisted Therapy provides a neutral space to ease tension and shift focus, creating a shared connection between the person and the horse. Especially effective when traditional therapy hasn’t worked, it supports repairing parent-child relationships and helps children with anxiety or depression build trust and emotional awareness.
