Creating Stability in Every Transition
Private supervised parenting time, exchanges, access-centre visits, and connected family supports.
Private supervised parenting time, exchanges, access-centre visits, and connected family supports.
Navigating separation and court-mandated arrangements is complex. When family dynamics are strained, the logistics of parenting time often become a source of additional pressure for both parents and children.
At Renew, we do not promise to resolve the conflict, but we do provide the professional structure necessary to manage it. We step in as a neutral third party to oversee the logistics of visitation, exchanges, and access. By establishing clear boundaries and professional oversight, we create a contained environment where the focus remains on the child’s experience, allowing you to move through the transition with the security of knowing the process is being managed professionally.

Safe, structured visitation supervised by neutral professionals to ensure a stable environment for your child.

Managing the handover process to reduce conflict and emotional strain during transitions.

A quiet, dedicated space designed to make visitation feel like family time, not a process.

Comprehensive planning for longer visits, including overnight stays, routines, and child-focused support.
Sometimes the scheduled visit is only one part of what a family is carrying. Children may be coping with separation, trauma-related concerns, high-conflict dynamics, or changes in the parent-child relationship. Parents may also be trying to communicate through conflict, manage strong emotions, or understand what kind of support their child may need.
Renew Supervision Services and Renew Therapy and Family Services are connected parts of the broader Renew family of services. Renew Supervision remains focused on parenting time, exchanges, access-centre services, documentation, and visit support. Renew Therapy and Family Services provides child therapy, counselling, Reunification Therapy, CALM, RESET, and related parent and family supports when a clinical service is the more appropriate place to begin, or when therapy-related support may sit alongside parenting-time services.
Clinical services may be available virtually or in person at one of Renew’s clinical offices in Ottawa, Pickering, Vaughan, Mississauga, or St. Catharines. Each service has its own role, intake process, consent requirements, boundaries, and documentation.
Send us a message with the city, the support being requested, and any order, agreement, endorsement, or service plan if available.

We’re excited to offer a new, free 1.5-hour CPD session (Substantive credit) designed for lawyers supporting families through separation and conflict. Together, we’ll explore practical ways legal and family supports can align to keep the child at the centre.
Join us on the third Thursday of each month, or arrange a private or group session tailored for your firm.
