At Renew, we understand the importance of creating meaningful moments between parents and children during times of transition. Our Access Centres offer warm, private, and family-friendly spaces where relationships can be nurtured in a calm, non-judgmental environment.
Whether visits are part of a court order, a parenting agreement, or a reunification process, our centres are designed to provide the safety, structure, and comfort families need to focus on what matters most—each other.
We currently offer Access Centre services in the following locations:
Pickering - 1525 Kingston Road, Unit 308, Pickering, ON
A cozy, home-like space with kitchen, playroom, living area, and outdoor patio. Conveniently located near the Pickering GO Station, Town Centre, parks, and trails.
Ottawa - 372 Piccadilly Avenue, Unit 1, Ottawa, ON
A centrally located, child-focused space close to community amenities. Thoughtfully designed to support secure visits and positive family interactions.
Niagara Region - 271 Scott Street, St. Catharines, ON
A quiet, home-like supportive space for families in the Niagara region to spend uninterrupted, quality time together.
What Families can Expect:
We recognize that accessing supervised parenting time can feel overwhelming—especially when trust is being rebuilt. At Renew, our goal is to reduce barriers and create an environment that promotes safety, healing, and meaningful connection between children and their caregivers.

We also welcome referrals from professionals who support families—if you're working with a family in need of a safe, child-focused space for parenting time, we’d be happy to collaborate.
This April and May, alongside our regular child and family supports, we’re offering three specialized workshops to help families navigate change. We have sessions for children, parents living apart from their children, and parents looking to strengthen their co-parenting journey.
