Supervised Parenting Time & Fees
Renew provides private supervised parenting time, exchanges, access-centre visits, virtual visits, documentation, and related visit support in select Ontario service areas. Fees vary depending on the type of service, length of visit, cancellation timing, statutory holidays, and whether child transportation is required.
Standard Fees
Getting Started
Fees are subject to HST. The initial registration fee applies before supervised parenting time or exchanges begin.
Initial Registration
$300.00
One-time registration and onboarding fee.
In-Person Visit
$63.00/hr
Supervised parenting time of 2.5 hours or less.
In-Person Visit
$58.00/hr
Supervised parenting time of 3.0 hours or more.
Virtual Visits, Exchanges, and Documentation
Additional standard fees depend on the type of service provided and the documentation required.
Virtual Visit
$35.00/hr
Supervised parenting time held virtually.
Supervised Exchange
$116.00
Per exchange. Includes drop-off, pick-up, and exchange notes.
Visit Notes
$25.00
Per visit. Applies to visits 1 to 4.5 hours in duration.
Visit Notes

Per visit. Applies to visits 5 hours or more in duration.

Child Transportation
$29.50/hr
Applies only when the supervisor is required to transport the child in their personal vehicle, to a maximum of two hours.
Cancellation with 24+ Hours’ Notice
$50.00
Applies when a visit is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellation

The following rates apply to supervised parenting time, exchanges, documentation, and cancellations scheduled on statutory holidays.
In-Person Visit
$83.00/hr
Statutory holiday rate for in-person supervised parenting time.
Virtual Visit
$55.00/hr
Statutory holiday rate for virtual supervised parenting time.
Supervised Exchange
$166.00
Per statutory holiday exchange. Includes drop-off, pick-up, and exchange notes.
Child Transportation
$29.50/hr
Applies only when the supervisor is required to transport the child in their personal vehicle, to a maximum of two hours.
Visit Notes
$35.00
Per visit. Applies to statutory holiday visits 1 to 4.5 hours in duration.
Visit Notes
$40.00
Per visit. Applies to statutory holiday visits 5 hours or more in duration.
Cancellation with 24+ Hours’ Notice

Applies when a statutory holiday visit is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Dates of Operation
Supervised parenting time may be scheduled Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., depending on supervisor availability, location, and the service plan or agreement.
Overnight visits may also be arranged when appropriate and approved in advance.
