Renew provides supervised parenting time and supervised exchanges throughout Peel Region, including Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon. Unlike traditional visitation centres, many of our Peel Region visits occur in the family home or within the community, allowing children and parents to spend time together in familiar and natural settings.
We encourage families to structure visits around the child's normal routine and interests. Maintaining consistency can help children feel comfortable and allows parents to participate in the everyday experiences that are important to their child. Whether your child participates in sports, music lessons, extracurricular activities, religious services, family celebrations, or community events, our supervisors can accompany the visiting parent and child throughout these activities.
Supervised visits may occur in the family's residence, at a relative's home, or throughout the community. Our supervisors regularly accompany families to local libraries, parks, playgrounds, community centres, restaurants, shopping centres, sporting events, and recreational facilities. If there is a special family gathering, birthday party, graduation, holiday celebration, or cultural event that a parent wishes to attend with their child, Renew can often accommodate supervision at those events as well.
Some popular locations for supervised visits in Peel Region include:
Mississauga:
Brampton:
Caledon:
Visits can also include everyday activities such as grocery shopping, preparing meals together, attending medical appointments, helping with homework, practicing a musical instrument, attending a child's sporting event, visiting extended family members, or participating in religious and cultural activities. These routine experiences often provide meaningful opportunities for parents and children to strengthen their relationship while allowing the child to maintain their regular schedule.
At Renew, we believe supervised parenting time should be as natural as possible. Our goal is to help parents remain actively involved in their child's life while ensuring visits occur in a safe, supportive, and child-focused environment.
We’re excited to offer a new, free 1.5-hour CPD session (Substantive credit) designed for lawyers supporting families through separation and conflict. Together, we’ll explore practical ways legal and family supports can align to keep the child at the centre.
Join us on the third Thursday of each month, or arrange a private or group session tailored for your firm.
