Renew provides supervised parenting time and supervised exchanges throughout Hamilton and the surrounding communities. We believe that supervised visits should allow parents and children to spend meaningful time together while participating in the activities and routines that are already part of the child's life.
Our supervisors can accompany families in the home or throughout the community, allowing children and parents to interact in natural and comfortable settings. We encourage families to incorporate their child's regular schedule into visits whenever possible. Whether a child is attending a sporting event, music lesson, dance class, tutoring program, religious service, birthday party, family gathering, or community event, Renew can provide supervision while the parent and child participate together.
Community-based visits often provide opportunities for parents to engage in everyday parenting activities such as helping with homework, preparing meals, attending extracurricular activities, shopping, attending appointments, or spending time with extended family members. These experiences help maintain and strengthen the parent-child relationship while ensuring visits remain safe, structured, and child-focused.
