Are you struggling with parent-child contact after separation? Reunification therapy can help restore and strengthen your relationship with your child, especially in the context of high-conflict family dynamics or prolonged separation. My primary focus is supporting families who are navigating these challenges, offering therapeutic interventions that address parent-child contact problems post-separation.
With over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Therapist and Registered Social Worker, I specialize in working with families involved in family court, custody disputes, and supervised access visits. I also provide anger management and parenting classes with certification of completion. By using a combination of therapeutic approaches—including Behaviour Management, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy—I help parents and children rebuild trust, improve communication, and work toward healthier relationships.
I’ve supported children, youth, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, school refusal, parent-child conflict, and bullying. My experience extends to working with families transitioning through separation, divorce, high-conflict marriages, and parental alienation.
I understand the emotional toll that separation, divorce, and family conflict can have on both parents and children. My client-centered, strength-based approach is designed to guide families through the complexities of reunification, helping to heal emotional wounds and foster positive, lasting change.

With over 16 years of experience, I have had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, and families as they navigate the complexities of separation, divorce, and co-parenting. Whether a family is experiencing an amicable transition or facing high-conflict challenges, I offer guidance and support tailored to their unique journey. From helping parents have difficult conversations with their children about separation to easing transitions between two homes, I strive to create a space where families feel heard, understood, and supported.
I have extensive experience working with families in high-conflict situations, including those seeking reunification support or strategies for emotional regulation. My background in the child welfare sector has allowed me to work closely with individuals affected by intimate partner violence (IPV), coercive control, and the psychological impacts of narcissistic behaviors. I also support families navigating court involvement or child welfare (CAS) matters, offering compassionate guidance during what can be an overwhelming and emotional process.
I believe that every family’s story is unique, and my approach reflects this. Rooted in a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective, I meet families where they are, helping them move forward at a pace that feels right for them. Whether you're working through co-parenting challenges, concerns about parental alienation, or simply seeking a supportive space to process your emotions, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you and your family can find clarity and stability.
I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
