Please review the following to ensure Renew's policies align with your service needs.
Scheduling
Commuting During Parenting Time
Caregivers are to inform Renew, at the time of booking, if there is a request to travel between locations during parenting time that requires a vehicle or transit.
Caregivers are responsible for correctly installing car and booster seats, should they be required.
Restrictions
The Service Confirmation includes details regarding visitation dates, times, locations, and restrictions. The Service Confirmation reflects the conditions outlined in the client's court order or endorsement. Should caregivers wish to include details not recorded in a court order or endorsement, or wish to amend a previously approved Service Confirmation, it is the responsibility of the caregivers, or their legal representatives, to come to a consensus on the desired recommendations or restrictions and to provide this information in writing to Renew with all parties CC'd to the email.
In the absence of legal representation, or a court order/endorsement, or when a no-contact order is in place, Renew will attempt to mediate terms between the caregivers. If caregivers cannot arrive at a consensus on all terms, only the terms with a consensus will be included in the Service Confirmation.
Any request from a caregiver to impose a restriction not listed on the Service Confirmation during a Parenting Time visit will not be enforced by the Parenting Time Supervisor. This includes restrictions around locations, guests/visitors, or gifts given during a visit.
Service Fees
Service fees have been provided by email. They also can be found on the Renew website under the Parenting Time tab (holiday and non-holiday rates are listed under separate headings).
Service fees are required in advance of the visit . This includes fees for parenting time visits and notes. After submitting a request for service, an Intake Coordinator will contact you to review your request and receive payment. Once the request for service is approved and service fees received, a Service Confirmation will be sent to all parties.
If multiple service days are requested, service fees are required at the time of the request. If visits are cancelled, and are in line with Renew's cancellation policy, money will be returned.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with more than 24 hours of notice: $50.00
Cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice: full visitation fee will be charged
If a visit is cancelled by the non-paying party with less than 24 hours notice, as per Renew's cancellation policy, the money will not be refunded. Caregivers will be directed to settle payment disputes separately.
Unless there is a no-contact order or there are privacy concerns present regarding emails, caregivers are to email Renew at info@renewsupervision.com with the other caregiver CC'd to ensure all parties receive immediate notice of cancellation as Renew receives a high volume of daily email.
