Living apart from your child is one of the most painful realities a parent can face. Whether due to custody arrangements, estrangement, high conflict separation, or other life circumstances, the distance can bring a deep sense of grief, guilt, and helplessness. You may feel uncertain about your role as a parent, struggle with the emotional toll of limited or no access to your child, or wonder how to keep hope alive when things feel out of your control.
If this is your reality, you are not alone. And you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
By popular request, we are continuing Renewed Hope, a three-part virtual workshop designed for parents who are living apart from their children and struggling with the emotional and practical challenges that come with it. In this compassionate and supportive space, we focus on what is within your control—your mindset, your approach, and the steps you can take to stay resilient, emotionally present, and prepared for opportunities to reconnect with your child. approach, and the steps you can take to create a lasting, positive impact in your child’s life.
