Visitation Activity Plan (FREE)

To help prepare parents for their first Supervised Access Visit, Renew offers the visiting parent a one-time complimentary consultation with a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).

Visiting parents can ask questions and discuss age-appropriate ideas to heighten the success of their visitations. By sharing some background information on the child(ren)’s interests (e.g., hobbies, crafts, sports, TV/movie characters, etc.), RECEs can work with visiting parents to develop enriching and engaging playful activities to support the child(ren)’s individual needs and preferences during visits. Other areas of focus may include how to create/promote an inviting environment for exploration, relationship-building, and child development. Visiting parents will receive an individualized visitation activity plan at the end of the consultation.
